A little about me
Hello, I'm Ashley
Welcome to Tech Ease Assist.
I have over 10 years of experience working in IT across a variety of companies and environments. During this time, I've gained experience working with a wide range of technology, systems and Microsoft products, as well as supporting people with their everyday IT needs.
I created Tech Ease Assist to share that experience and provide practical, approachable support to people who may need a little extra help with technology.

My aim is to make technology less complicated, less intimidating and easier to understand. I want to support people who may have less experience with technology or who lack confidence when using computers, laptops and Microsoft products.
There are no silly questions, and you don't need to be an IT expert. I'll explain things in clear, straightforward language and at a pace that works for you.
